If you need to return a product that was purchased via a SkinMath stockist or clinic, please contact them directly.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Returns without an authorisation will not be accepted

Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Shipping will take 3-5 business days Australia-wide or up to 7 business days for remote locations within Australia.
The estimated delivery time for shipping outside of Australia is 3-10 business days for metropolitan areas of major cities. Please note that this excludes time in Customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.
Please allow an extra 3 days for delivery of your order (5 days for Perth and regional areas).
Will you accept returns after 14 days?
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 14 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty or the packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund, including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded but in addition to our manufacturer warranties.
SkinMATH, unfortunately, cannot accept returns after 14 days if:
– A change of mind occurs
– The product is heavily used
– There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation
